Bike repair is not just about booking your bike in, dropping it off, and you picking your freshly serviced bike up a few hours later. Bike repair is caring for your bike, it’s showing love for the items you care about, and it’s letting us use our skills and experience to grow greater communal relationships and improve the experience of riding a bike for all.
Bikes are fun, and the better they ride, the better your experience is on the bike. A toddler can have just as much fun on the foot path, as you do riding the steepest loamer or the smoothest high alpine road, but not if the bike isn’t up to it. A well working bike makes every pedal, every shift, every sprint and every skid more enjoyable.
